Reshman has extensive experience in research and consistently demonstrates excellence in leading and delivering high-impact research projects. She has worked with diverse clients, ranging from academic institutions to private sector organisations. Reshman’s research expertise has equipped her with a deep understanding of multiple research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research methods, enabling her to approach each project with a strategic and analytical mindset. Reshman’s ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is pivotal in achieving project success and fostering long-term collaborations.

Reshman has a PhD in Organisational Psychology. She has recently completed the Japan-Australia Emerging Female Leaders Program (in partnership with Deakin University and Kyoto University).
