Thank you to everyone who participated in consultations to explore the factors impacting partnerships between RTOs and employers in the racing and breeding industry.
We appreciate your insights into the benefits and challenges associated with building connections between employers and RTOs.
Your contributions have been outlined in a report, which is now available to download on the Skills Insight website. It also describes six key success factors for RTO-employer partnerships, identified out of the discussions we had.
These findings could have broader applications in enhancing workforce outcomes and supporting the commercial viability of training delivery across the racing and breeding industry and many other sectors across Australia.
The contents of the report are a step towards understanding best practice approaches to RTO-employer partnerships. However, further work is required to pilot and evaluate the six key success factors.
