Skills Insight CEO Michael Hartman attended the fourth CEO Network Forum meeting on 5 March 2024.
The CEOs of all ten JSCs came together and shared reflections on the progress of key deliverables, including workforce plans, strategic plans, and activity schedules and discussed collaborative opportunities, capacity and challenges in the establishment phase of JSCs.
They discussed opportunities to collaborate and support the qualifications reform agenda and discussed their partnership with Jobs and Skills Australia (JSA). A key topic was the development of the JSC performance framework to provide clear accountability for JSCs including the quality of stakeholder engagement and the impact JSCs are having on Australia’s skill system.
It was agreed that the JSC CEO Network Forum will meet four times a year with additional virtual meetings as necessary.
