Thank you to everyone who participated in round table consultations as part of this project. At these workshops we discussed existing programs in the racing and breeding industry that are creating connections between learners, registered training organisations (RTOs) and employers. We appreciate your insight into what barriers there might be to establishing similar programs in other states, and solutions to these barriers.
The project team are currently working on a report, which will outline the findings of these consultations and provide advice on how future initiatives can effectively support connections between learners, RTOs and employers.
