Executive Officer, Operations and Stakeholder Engagement
Skills Insight is currently recruiting for the role of Executive Officer, Operations & Stakeholder Engagement. This is a people focused role to provide leadership support services for managers and staff.
Regular report preparation and presentation for key stakeholders at a sophisticated level will be a critical part of this role. A core quality of this leader, will be the ability to develop and implement operational infrastructure to support the organisation and allow its people to thrive. Strong fiscal management and a practical understanding and oversight of an HR function and design that enables is preferred. Demonstrated experience and clear understanding of best practice stakeholder engagement, to develop and oversee the design and delivery of mission critical stakeholder engagement plans is essential. This person will also excel at people leadership and engagement, leading and working with teams, influencing, negotiating, building consensus, and being able to impart knowledge and distil complex policy issues to diverse audiences. Some experience in education and training would be an advantage.
