Board of Directors

Skills Insight Directors are nominated as per the company constitution and are responsible for ensuring Skills Insight meets the governance and contractual requirements associated with our Jobs and Skills Council role.

Formal Networks & Stakeholder Forum

Our work is guided by a comprehensive arrangement of stakeholder networks, led by a formal network of approximately 200 Members who also contribute to a Stakeholder Forum. The Forum is currently being established and will consist of 23 key industry leaders, drawn from Skills Insight’s Industry Membership base.

Members

Skills Insight has been designed as a member-based organisation, where Members represent stakeholders and, through various structures, guide the direction of Skills Insight in delivering services and outcomes.

Skills Insight Membership is open to organisations who are committed to the vision, mission, values and objectives of Skills Insight and the Jobs and Skills Council program.

Applications for Skills Insight Membership are open through the form below

Membership is free and involves as much time as you are able to commit.

Members are required to agree to the JSC Code of Conduct and the Skills Insight Constitution.

There are two types of membership: industry membership for organisations carrying out industry-based activities; and associate membership, for registered training organisations, group training organisations and similar organisations who are part of the VET sector or research sectors. For more details, please see below.

All Members have the opportunity to participate in stakeholder activities and engagement, connecting you with others who share an interest in skills and training and offering the chance to collaborate on solutions. This includes access to our virtual networks (once established), which will provide the ability to discuss issues as they arise, and to formal networks which will aid in the decision-making processes of the JSC.

We are committed to ensuring our Members reflect the full breadth of our industry coverage, and matters of importance that impact these industries, such as climate change and First Nation’s custodianship of Country.

While our work will be led by formal stakeholder networks made up of Members, it will be guided by a comprehensive arrangement of stakeholder consultation, including informal networks. Learn more about our leadership and networks.
