Elvie is a skilled systems administrator with over 18 years’ experience who understands the intricacies of the VET systems and processes for developing and reviewing training packages and publishing them on training.gov.au. Before joining Skills Insight, her roles included managing compliance, systems, processes and organisation databases in the beverage and maritime industry.
Elvie has outstanding attention to detail, her expertise in systems management has seen her identify and implement improvements to MS Teams, CRM, analytical tools, TPCMS metadata, VETNet, MS Project and SharePoint, contributing to achieving overall team and organisation objectives. Elvie holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Development Communication and undertook three years of law studies in the Philippines. She also holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management and currently completing a Bachelor of Law.
