Operations Support Manager

Kerryn is a skilled operations manager providing leadership to Skills Insight’s administrative and IT services, promoting team building and collaboration while delivering innovations and quality customer systems. As well as leading the IT and administration, Kerryn is also a member of the Skills Insight leadership committee.

Kerryn has a diverse background in database development and business intelligence reporting from CRM, MS Project, and SharePoint, including collecting and analysing data to highlight areas requiring improvement and to support business decisions and change management. Before joining Skills Insight, Kerryn worked for various large and small organisations and has developed her knowledge and experience in most business areas over the past 20 years. Kerryn has a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Marketing.
