Thank you to stakeholders who participated in this project to review three tree felling units used in a range of environments including arboriculture and agricultural settings.
The units have been updated to address difficulties accessing trees for assessment, while also supporting the safety and competence of learners.
The revised units were endorsed by the Skills Ministers on 23 April 2024 and published on the National Training Register, on 26 April 2024.
