Project Manager
Ngaire is a highly organised, capable, and collaborative project manager with Agile and Waterfall experience gained in start-ups, financial services, FMCG, automotive and RTO industries.
With close to 20 years’ project management experience working in a range of industries, Ngaire has extensive stakeholder consultation, client relationship management, project planning, delivery and assessment skills ensuring a quality end-to-end project delivery experience in training, system implementations, process re-engineering and instructional design projects.
Prior to joining Skills Insight, Ngaire worked at NAB, PEXA, Simplot Australia, BMW and most recently at Skillinvest Limited (RTO) where she delivered a student management system working closely with compliance, finance, training, and administration teams to deliver process change. Ngaire is Leading SAFE 5.0® certified and holds a Diploma of Project Management, Diploma of Frontline Management, Certificate IV in Training & DISC Accredited ®.
