Joshua is a masters-qualified business development leader, economist, and labour market specialist with over 15 years’ experience in skills and workforce development. Joshua brings extensive knowledge and understanding to Skills Insight, with a deep passion for vocational education and training.
After 13 years as an executive in government, his expertise spans workforce planning, industry engagement, apprenticeship regulation and research into productivity and the future of work. Joshua also brings a deep understanding of the not-for-profit sector having chaired various education, community and arts boards.
Having grown up in rural New South Wales, educated in regional South Australia, and a connection to land management and viticulture, Joshua is energised by regional economic development and promoting place-based solutions.
