The Australian Bureau of Statistics has published the OSCA Maintenance Strategy, following public consultation earlier this year to inform the frequency and approach to updating the Occupation Standard Classification for Australia (OSCA).
The OSCA Maintenance Strategy provides a framework to keep OSCA relevant, accurate and aligned with the evolving Australian labour market and stakeholder expectations.
The ABS are preparing for the next public consultation on the OSCA in early 2026.
