Ruth has a passion for purpose led research, writing, and collaboration. Before joining Skills Insight, she ran her own research and consulting business, focusing on projects that improved the health of people and the planet. She has experience working with non-profits, government, and creative agencies to address complex social and cultural challenges. Ruth supports organisations to clarify their purpose, foster team cohesion, and drive positive change. Always seeking new ways of thinking and learning she is committed to making a lasting impact by delving into the complex to illuminate a way forward.
Ruth holds a Bachelor of Media Studies (Hons) and a Master of Design for Social Innovation (MDes) from Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.
