Industry Engagement Officer, AFAM ITAB

Jess is a stakeholder engagement and management professional with experience working for various membership organisations.

Jess’s current role involves coordinating the NSW Industry Training Advisory Body (ITAB), working with the industry to understand and communicate their VET needs. She also supports the work of AFAM’s Industry Training Advisory Committees (ITACs) and works collaboratively with employers, training providers, unions and the NSW government to deliver value to stakeholders. Before joining AFAM, Jess worked in several diverse organisations, including the British Medical Association (BMA), Australian Medical Association (AMA) and the Associations Forum. Her work encompassed working with committees and, most recently, supported BMA’s governance and diversity and inclusion committees during significant organisational change.
