Project Manager
Cathy has extensive experience in project management and in training and development spanning more than 25 years. She discovered her passion for teaching others while working for the Queensland Police Service. Her past experience includes working as a trainer and assessor, in quality and compliance and in RTO management. More recently she has worked as an instructional designer in a number of industries and for a range of delivery methods including eLearning platforms.
Cathy collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders including government, industry employers, employees and training organisations. Cathy has been responsible for all phases of approved projects including the development of timelines, liaison with team members and executive management and networking with industry stakeholders throughout the entire projects lifecycle to ensure a quality product is validated and meets the needs of industry. Cathy has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources), Diploma of Quality Auditing and a Diploma of Training Design and Development.
