Researcher
Mark is a highly experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher with a particular focus on consumer decision making in the Australian and Asian markets. Prior to joining Skills Insight, Mark held senior insights positions at leading industry publications in the retail and FMCG sectors producing thought leadership reports based on primary and secondary data.
Mark has also run his own insights consultancy, working with many of Australia’s best-known brands, government bodies, and global corporations including Adobe, Maersk, and Klarna. His work has been a key input to the development of behavioural change initiatives for organisations involved in public transport, regional development, retail, airports, services, food, tertiary education and sustainability.
As volunteer mentor at Rocket Seeder, an early-stage accelerator for agricultural sector startups, Mark is always at the forefront of innovation and new technologies at every stage of the food value chain.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and an MBA.
