Stakeholder Engagement Manager
Michelle is skilled industry-focused professional with over twenty years of experience in workforce education, learning, and vocational training and advocacy. Her experience includes more than 10 years working directly for industry driven not-for profit vocational education and training organisations, developing industry skills standards and qualifications for the forestry, seafood, conservation and land management industries.
Michelle has extensive stakeholder and client relationship experience, including working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and project management within the not-for-profit sector. She has a passion for vocational education and the important role it provides to skilling the Australian workforce. From 2016-22, she worked as the Industry Engagement Manager for the seafood, horticulture, landscaping, conservation and land management industries and Secretariat for the respective national Industry Reference Committees, where she oversaw industry led changes to the national Seafood Industry Training Package and Agriculture, Horticulture, Conservation and Land Manage Training package.
Michelle holds qualifications in Human Resource Management & Work Health and Safety and Supporting Innovation Skills Set.
