Pippa has extensive knowledge of systems, user experience, automation, and data reporting, which ensures a seamless experience for Skills Insight stakeholders. Her knowledge of our systems means our organisation collects accurate stakeholder engagement data required for reporting. She assists staff with digital transformation by writing training documentation, providing individual training relating to Skills Insight processes and systems and produces training videos as new features arise.
Before Pippa joined Skills Insight, she worked in wineries and vineyards in various wine regions of the world, including Australia and New Zealand. Pippa holds a Bachelor of Wine Science degree.
