Jessica is a versatile and strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning the not-for-profit, public, and private sectors in Australia and overseas. Known for delivering complex programs and driving impactful outcomes, she has built her career on fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A staunch believer in empowering individuals, Jessica focuses on removing obstacles and facilitating innovative solutions. Her leadership approach—characterised by transparency, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous improvement—has enabled her to successfully deliver programs across multifaceted and sensitive agendas.
Jessica has a diverse educational background, with both VET and university qualifications, including a Master of Business Administration. She is a Certified Organisational Coach and Project Management Professional. She has contributed to the academic community through multiple peer-reviewed publications and is an Adjunct Lecturer with Monash University.
Jessica is especially passionate about reducing barriers to accessing quality education. She sits on the Board of a charity committed to enabling access to primary school education, and throughout her career has delivered numerous projects to address these issues in Australia and internationally.
