The draft 2024 Workforce Plan is available on our website for review and comment.
The Workforce Plan describes industry identified workforce challenges and skill opportunities to inform industry, government and the VET sector about changes needed to meet skill needs. It also paves the way for the Department of Employment and Workplace Relation’s (DEWR) approval of projects.
Your feedback will be used to inform the final version that will be submitted to DEWR at the end of April.
This year’s version builds upon the Initial Workforce Plan with updated data and analysis, which was validated and enhanced through ongoing stakeholder consultation.
