We’ve launched a new web resource to support small to medium businesses with attraction and retention strategies.
The resource was developed in consultation with stakeholder from around the country. It provides tailored guidance for each industry within our coverage, presenting practical tools to attract, support and retain the workforce you need at every stage of the employee lifecycle. It also includes case studies of real businesses showcasing attraction and retention strategies that are working in practice.
