Katrina Lacey is an experienced people and culture leader with more than 25 years’ experience driving workforce strategy, organisational design and business transformation across complex industries. She has worked with industry and government to align workforce capability with business growth, lead large-scale change initiatives and develop sustainable workforce models.

Her experience spans the aviation, manufacturing, mining, health and meat processing sectors in Australia and internationally. Katrina currently serves in a senior HR leadership role supporting the Asia Pacific region and brings extensive expertise in governance, workforce planning and organisational development.
