We’re seeking your input to strengthen the draft Workforce Plan 2026–27 and ensure it reflects real‑world industry experience, emerging challenges and opportunities across the agribusiness, fibre, furnishing, food, animal and environment care sectors.
The draft presents industry updates, priority skills, and key workforce challenges and opportunities informed by stakeholder engagement and data analysis.
We are particularly interested in whether the draft accurately reflects conditions in your sector and where additional evidence or examples could strengthen the analysis. Feedback will directly inform revisions ahead of submission to the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR).
