Jenny is an advocate for workers’ rights and supporting a skilled workforce. She is currently the TCF National Secretary of the Manufacturing Division of the CFMEU. Jenny has a wealth of experience in the clothing, footwear and textile industry. Her working career includes various roles in textile and clothing factories in regional Victoria, as well as 25 years’ experience representing and supporting workers in TCF workplaces.
Jenny has also held a key role in the Manufacturing Industry Reference Committee, acting as a conduit for industry to provide feedback to government about industry trends and skills needs, and overseeing the development of units of competency, skill sets and qualifications.
Jenny is a dedicated member of the Home Workers Code Committee (Ethical Clothing Australia), an executive member of IndustriALL, and a member of the TGSL Experts Committee. She holds a Diploma of Community Development, a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, a Certificate III in Frontline Management, and a Certificate II in Textile production and Train the Trainer.
