Trish Stringer is an experienced union representative and workforce advocate with deep connections across Australia’s agriculture, horticulture, manufacturing and local government sectors. As a Union Organiser with the Australian Workers’ Union (AWU), she works closely with employers and workers to support fair workplaces, improve working conditions and strengthen workforce outcomes across a range of industries.

Trish brings practical industry knowledge gained through a lifetime connection to agriculture and horticulture, as well as experience working in fruit and vegetable production, packing operations and the beverage manufacturing sector. She has also played an active role in supporting workers participating in the PALM Scheme, helping to improve their understanding of Australian workplace rights and obligations.
