Draft training package products for retail butchery and smallgoods will be available for comment in late September.
The drafts are being revised to incorporate findings out of the project’s Workforce Functional Analysis, which drew on national workforce and training data and extensive stakeholder consultation.
Stakeholders can register now to take part in a consultation workshop when the drafts become available.
