Draft training package products capturing skills across livestock handling, slaughtering, boning and slicing, rendering, food services and packaging are now available for review and feedback.
The documents have been revised and developed in consultation with the Technical Committee and in line with the Training Package Organising Framework 2025. The drafts include significant updates to Certificate III qualifications, skill sets and units, as well as proposals to merge some qualifications and units and remove others.
Stakeholder feedback is encouraged and will inform the next iteration of the drafts.
