This project will review and revise Certificate III meat processing qualifications, which provide pathways into specialised industry roles through apprenticeships, traineeships and other training pathways.
Covering areas such as boning, slaughtering, livestock handling, food services and packing, the project will update training products to better reflect current industry needs, technologies and training package requirements.
This project runs alongside the Retail Butchery and Smallgoods Project, with stakeholders encouraged to contribute to both as appropriate.
