Project Manager

William has a background in project management, secondary education teaching and employment services. He has worked on many successful projects, updating the AHC Agriculture, Horticulture and Conservation and Land Management and the FBP Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Training Packages, including conservation and ecosystem management, broadacre cropping, pharmaceutical manufacturing and biosecurity. Managing these projects has provided William with excellent knowledge of the training package system and review process. It has given him the skills and expertise to review training package materials as a technical writer.

Before joining Skills Insight, William assisted the city’s homeless and drug affected in finding ongoing employment and established job club programs targeting job seekers with multiple barriers between themselves and employment. William has a double degree in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education. He has recently completed an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Competency Course delivered by the Centre for Cultural Competence Australia.
